Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and largely Organic.<\/p>\n<p>Adriana Lemus is the creator and owner of <strong><em>La Chingona Tacos<\/em><\/strong>, which offers catering services and the most awesome tacos and tasty accompaniments this side of Guatemala.\u00a0 In Spanish, a <em>Chingon<\/em> or, in Adriana\u2019s case, the feminine, <em>Chingona,<\/em> has many meanings from <em>Extremely Awesome<\/em> to someone who is <em>Tops<\/em> at what they do to a <em>Bad Ass!\u00a0 <\/em>\u00a0Yet, whatever the meaning they all apply to Adriana who hails from Pet\u00e9n, Guatemala, home of <em>Tikal<\/em>, Guatemala\u2019s answer to Peru\u2019s <em>Machu Picchu<\/em>, and settled in Topanga, California, one of Southern California\u2019s few remaining islands of mountain beauty, peace and tranquility.\u00a0 She is devoted to Topanga, where she spent 13 years serving the full range of Topanga characters at Claire Denis\u2019 iconic <em>Caf\u00e9 Mimosa<\/em>. \u201cMimosa gave me the chance to meet all of Topanga and serve this community I love,\u201d says Adriana, \u201cI\u2019m excited to be able to combine my family heritage (<em>that\u2019s her Chingona mom on her card<\/em>) with my love of Topanga.\u00a0 <strong><em>La Chingona Tacos<\/em><\/strong> allows me to continue to be of service to my community and celebrate my culture and share my cooking.\u201d\u00a0 Adriana offers vegan, vegetarian, seafood and meat ingredients that are gluten and dairy free accompanied by a choice of <em>Aqua Frescas<\/em> and served on eco-friendly dishware and utensils.
